Director, Product Management – Technology Alliances & Marketplace (Cybersecurity)

Location: Foster City, California, with a minimum of 3 mandatory days in the office

Base salary: $200,000–$230,000 per year, excluding incentive compensation and potential equity grants.

hirify.global develops the Enterprise TruRisk Platform and AI-Native Risk Operations Center (ROC) to unify cyber-risk intelligence, prioritization, and remediation across security and IT environments.

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and growth metrics for the hirify.global ROC Marketplace.
• Build executive-level relationships with security, cloud, infrastructure, identity, AI, networking, mobile, OT/IoT, and IT operations partners.
• Prioritize integrations, define partner requirements, align product roadmaps, and drive API and platform strategy.
• Develop joint solutions for identity risk reduction, cloud remediation, endpoint risk elimination, and AI-powered cyber-risk workflows.
• Lead joint launches, analyst briefings, conferences, sales enablement, demonstrations, and co-sell programs.
• Measure marketplace adoption, partner-influenced pipeline, customer activation, time-to-value, and risk-reduction outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Alliances, or Platform Ecosystems.
• Experience building enterprise software integrations and technology partnerships.
• Strong cybersecurity industry knowledge and experience with cloud and security ecosystems.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform architectures.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders internally and externally.
• Preferred experience in exposure management, security operations, cloud, identity, endpoint, data, AI security, security platforms, or marketplace businesses.
