Senior Data Scientist

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop advanced data science and analytics solutions for Intelligence Community missions.
• Design scalable data pipelines, automation workflows, data models, and repeatable analytic processes.
• Build production-quality Python tools and reusable analytic applications.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and data products that communicate complex findings.
• Collaborate with intelligence professionals, analysts, engineers, and mission stakeholders.
• Manage multiple technical initiatives and provide senior-level technical leadership.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain a CI Poly is preferred.
• Senior-level Python proficiency and experience developing production-quality analytic applications.
• Experience with intelligence missions, advanced analytics, large complex datasets, data modeling, and automation.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations for operational decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, and data-driven problem solving.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community data repositories, geospatial data science, GEOINT workflows, or multi-INT analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with JEMA, Brewlytics, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, or additional programming languages.
• Experience with enterprise dashboards, business intelligence tools, cloud data platforms, or distributed computing.
• Experience applying machine learning or artificial intelligence to intelligence problems.
• Mentoring experience or leadership of technical modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and modern software development practices.
