What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles.
• Carry out dispatched repair orders and perform full inspections and troubleshooting.
• Complete quality control checks and required repair documentation.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, inventory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Communicate with Service Advisors, Parts department personnel, customers, vendors, and staff.
• Participate in company and Ford certification training, staff meetings, and educational classes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience.
• Broad automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Communication, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills; professional, dependable, safety-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• One year of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Ford certification.
