Associate Consultant, Market Access Strategy Consulting

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; office locations include Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA. The role requires approximately 10% travel.

Annual base pay: $65,400–$163,600.

What you will do

• Analyze hirify.global and external healthcare big data to identify trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Own discrete analyses and workstreams covering markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products.
• Develop predictive models for contracting strategies, patient affordability programs, utilization, brand performance, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and help determine effective approaches to client business questions.
• Translate analyses into reports, presentations, and other client deliverables, presenting findings in virtual and face-to-face meetings.
• Communicate progress and challenges, manage workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and support recruiting activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or relevant life sciences work.
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, communication, project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent conversational and business English, both written and spoken.
• High proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SQL is useful.
• Interest in learning about the evolving healthcare industry and willingness to travel as needed.
