QA & AI Test Engineer (AI)

Location: Lund, Sweden; onsite at the Lund HQ Campus

What you will do

• Own quality engineering across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through production and continuous improvement.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools for testing, automation, defect detection, risk analysis, and engineering productivity.
• Design and maintain test strategies covering exploratory, automated, API, UI, integration, and AI-assisted testing.
• Contribute to QA strategy, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, development processes, and engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, architects, and QA engineers while coaching teams on quality practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software testing and a deep understanding of agile development.
• Experience testing complex systems, including API, integration, and UI automation.
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Genuine interest in AI, Large Language Models, and their application to software quality and engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English; the role is based in Lund, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Swedish language skills.
• Experience coaching or guiding colleagues on quality practices.
