Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid working environment with some in-office and in-person expectations.

Salary: $196,350–$292,600 per year, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Define strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle plans for core ONTAP Platform capabilities.
• Lead Google Distributed Cloud execution across ONTAP, Trident, StorageGRID, and related product teams.
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to scope features, negotiate tradeoffs, sequence investments, and deliver integrated capabilities.
• Translate customer, partner, and field input into requirements, user stories, success metrics, and adoption plans.
• Identify new use cases, adoption blockers, and expansion opportunities across enterprise, edge, regulated, and sovereign environments.
• Represent hirify.global in customer engagements, partner meetings, executive briefings, and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business consulting, or related business operations.
• Experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and lifecycle plans for enterprise infrastructure products.
• Experience with customer discovery, technical requirements, competitive analysis, positioning, launch readiness, and adoption.
• Ability to influence engineering, product leadership, partner roadmaps, investment decisions, and cross-team priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer-facing, and executive engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise storage and data management, including familiarity with hirify.global and competitors.
• Knowledge of networking, protocols, security, edge-cloud infrastructure, AI data infrastructure, automation, and AI workload storage requirements.
• Experience using AI tools for product research, requirements analysis, communication, or workflow efficiency.
