Project Manager III (Water Technology)

What you will do

• Manage multiple customer projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resourcing, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, conduct project reviews, and provide regular status updates.
• Own project scope, schedule, cost, quality, budgets, revenue forecasts, and margin performance.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues, manage change orders, and escalate critical matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, automation, water technology, energy, or a related industry.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for schedule, scope, budget, forecasting, and margins.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, business acumen, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
• Experience managing contract-based customer projects.
• Knowledge of risk management, change management, and project controls.
• Engineering or technical product background.
