Manager, Supply Chain - Analytics & SCM Intelligence

What you will do

• Develop enterprise supply chain dashboards, KPI reporting, executive reporting packages, and standardized data governance processes.
• Analyze procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, supplier, and project data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Create predictive and prescriptive analytics for forecasting, sourcing, inventory optimization, supplier management, and operational improvement.
• Lead adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate across Supply Chain.
• Design data models, data lakes, reporting architectures, automated workflows, and integrations between ERP, procurement, logistics, and operational systems.
• Build supply chain market intelligence, commodity cost-trend models, and forecasting tools for budgeting, estimating, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement and/or subcontracts experience in progressively advancing roles.
• 20+ years of related industry experience in manufacturing, EPC, industrial, energy, construction, or project-based environments is preferred.
• Experience managing large projects and driving digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience with Power BI dashboards, enterprise reporting solutions, ERP systems, and supply chain data structures.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and supply chain project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and business intelligence architectures.
• Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics applications in Supply Chain.
