Product Owner (Raman Spectroscopy) (Scientific Instrumentation): Defining and developing Raman spectroscopy instrumentation and software solutions with an accent on customer workflows, laboratory requirements, and product requirements. Focus on prioritizing backlogs, validating solutions with customers, aligning multidisciplinary development teams, and supporting commercialization and product launches.

What you will do
- Own product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development backlogs for Raman spectroscopy products.
- Translate customer needs, market requirements, and product strategy into prioritized development activities.
- Research customer workflows, challenges, unmet needs, market conditions, and competitive insights.
- Validate requirements and solutions through customer engagement and feedback.
- Coordinate priorities, risks, requirements, and trade-offs across Product Management, R&D, Software Engineering, Applications, Quality, Product Support, and Commercial teams.
- Support Agile planning, business cases, roadmap development, commercialization readiness, and product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation, scientific software, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product development teams.
Nice to have
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Applications Scientist, or technical leader.
- Experience with Jira or similar backlog management systems.
- Familiarity with software development and software lifecycle processes.
- Experience with scientific data analysis, programming, systems integration, automation, or connected laboratory environments.
- Experience building business cases and presenting product concepts to senior stakeholders.
