What you will do
- Execute purchasing and logistics strategies that optimize supplier costs, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
- Design and implement local sourcing plans for products and materials.
- Support the Procurement & Logistics Manager with sourcing strategies aligned with current and future business needs.
- Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Track internal and supplier performance KPIs, address quality issues, and implement improvement actions.
- Implement purchasing and logistics changes, participate in training, and maintain transparent communication across units and centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Senior-level experience with 15+ years of progressive experience.
- Experience with procurement strategies and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency with specialized ERP platforms such as SAP and with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication skills across organizational levels.
