What you will do

• Maintain and enhance enterprise web hosting and Drupal services.
• Perform platform maintenance and support website deployments, upgrades, and releases.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting application code, infrastructure, and web services.
• Support customers and website owners while collaborating with developers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop automation for repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Write technical specifications, refactor code, and develop reusable functions, objects, and plug-ins.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of equivalent technical experience.
• Two years of directly related experience for Level 2.
• Experience with Drupal or a similar web content management system.
• Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Apache, Git/GitLab, Linux, MySQL/SQL, DNS, SSL/TLS, Bash/PowerShell, Docker, and REST APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot application code, write tests, follow source-control and deployment practices, and work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to write technical documentation and coach more junior developers.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes deployments.
• Azure, Solr, CI/CD, or Python experience.
• Certification in development technologies.
