Base salary: $167,000–$204,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage the roadmap for the hirify.global.ai website and SambaAcademy partner portal, including intake, scoping, prioritization, and timelines.
• Build, publish, and QA pages in HubSpot CMS using templates, modules, CTAs, and the design system.
• Own Core Web Vitals, page speed, uptime, broken links, form failures, integrations, and technical fixes with developers.
• Maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, and A/B or multivariate testing programs.
• Coordinate technical SEO, accessibility improvements, content localization for Japanese pages, and CRM handoffs.
• Manage design teams, web development agencies, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, and reporting to marketing leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing B2B websites, ideally in technology.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on HubSpot or WordPress CMS experience, including building and publishing pages.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, technical SEO, web performance, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Fluency with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, plus project, stakeholder, vendor, and agency management experience.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Asana, Canva, and Wistia; curiosity about AI and machine learning.
