B2B E-commerce Tech Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid work in Curitiba or Pomerode, Brazil

What you will do

• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, standards, and priorities for the Salesforce B2B Commerce customer portal.
• Lead Salesforce architecture covering the data model, LWC and Apex development guidelines, security, performance, and platform limits.
• Design Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA integration architecture, including middleware strategy, interface design, scalability, and resilience.
• Coordinate development, UX, SAP integration, quality, support, and partner workstreams while managing dependencies and delivery governance.
• Own backlog management, release planning, incident management, platform administration, escalation, and platform health reporting.
• Prioritize portal AI use cases and ensure user journey improvements align with the NETZSCH brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development or architecture experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, LWC, Apex, SOQL, the Salesforce security model, and platform limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA or ECC through middleware such as SAP Integration Suite, using REST, SOAP, OData, or IDocs.
• Salesforce DevOps experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
• Excellent English language skills and experience working with international stakeholders.
• Structured, self-reliant working style with the ability to balance business pressure and technical quality.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, B2B Commerce Developer, or Platform Developer II.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI, including Einstein or Agentforce, or LLM-based use cases.
