Solution Architect Blue Yonder WMS

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture, roadmap, governance, and optimization of Blue Yonder WMS across distribution centers and business units.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes covering receiving, putaway, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, yard management, labor management, and cycle counting.
• Define integrations between Blue Yonder and SAP systems, transportation management, automation platforms, material-handling equipment, robotics, AMR solutions, middleware, and APIs.
• Lead architecture reviews, implementation partner oversight, technical standards, modernization, and technical debt reduction.
• Lead global implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, transformation programs, design workshops, project planning, and risk assessments.
• Support critical incidents, production issues, solution health assessments, and long-term warehouse performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Senior Functional Consultant, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• 8+ years of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS experience.
• Experience designing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, and implementing Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, influence stakeholders, translate technical solutions into business outcomes, and mentor technical team members.

Nice to have

• Blue Yonder WMS certification and experience with Blue Yonder SaaS, public cloud, upgrades, and migration programs.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, SAP EWM, warehouse automation, robotics, AMRs, conveyors, voice picking, pick-to-light, or sortation systems.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or large-scale distribution environments supporting Americas operations.
• PMP, TOGAF, or similar certification.
