Senior Associate, Product Operations (Digital Assets)

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead annual index description and prospectus review processes in coordination with Legal, including filings, communications, and collateral updates.
• Manage benchmark changes, share splits, expense ratio updates, and monthly closing price monitoring with Product Management and Capital Markets.
• Project-manage new product launches end to end, coordinating front-end processes, back-office operations, project plans, and issue resolution.
• Drive fund liquidation processes by building analytical frameworks and coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Own the master calendar for fund board-driven product changes and maintain accurate operational inputs for product decisions.
• Coordinate information and execution across Product Management, Product Development, Legal & Compliance, Capital Markets, Marketing, regulators, index providers, and fund boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product development, fund operations, asset management, ETFs, index products, or financial services.
• Working knowledge of prospectus filings, index or benchmark administration, fund board processes, and the regulatory environment for registered products.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional relationship management skills.
• Experience with '33 Act, '40 Act, or private placement product structures is a plus.
• Genuine interest in digital assets and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
