Sr. Software Implementation Consultant (Digital Payments)

hirify.global provides a digital payments platform for insurers, supporting multi-channel communications, electronic payment processing, and premium and claims disbursements.

What you will do

• Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead customer requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and web conferences.
• Configure, test, and validate digital payment platform features and implementation solutions.
• Create functional requirements, use cases, UI prototypes, solution documentation, and implementation specifications.
• Coordinate technical requirements and deliverables with project managers, developers, QA, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementation initiatives, troubleshoot application issues, and improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a software implementation consultant or in a similar role.
• 4+ years of recent business analyst experience in a SaaS environment.
• Customer-facing software implementation experience and experience gathering and managing requirements.
• Experience building UI mockups and wireframes, and working with third-party integrations and REST APIs.
• Understanding of payments technology and workflows; insurance industry experience is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience; familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with insurance policy management and digital payments.
