Quality Coordinator (eQMS)

Location: Onsite in McKinley, Taguig City, Philippines; shifting schedule required

What you will do

• Maintain QA databases, audit plans, electronic filing systems, and audit lifecycle documentation.
• Track audits, findings, corrective and preventive actions, effectiveness checks, certificates, and overdue critical or major issues in the eQMS.
• Produce quality reports, metrics, tables, graphs, and trend analyses for missing or overdue information.
• Support electronic data management queries, electronic record review and approval, system validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and deliver training, assess QA activities, and provide feedback and refresher training in collaboration with Operations.
• Follow applicable SOPs and maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality trends, and developments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic data management software, and eQMS document management.
• Ability to review, approve, and publish electronic records.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic GxP requirements and ability to understand scientific, medical, and regulatory terminology.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
