Senior Project Manager

Location: London, Nottingham, Bolton or Leicester, UK, with travel between sites when required; hybrid working available

What you will do

• Co-create the annual change plan with the Change Manager and ensure initiatives deliver strategic value.
• Assess new projects, their impact and alignment with organisational goals and values.
• Lead high-impact programmes, maintain roadmap oversight and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
• Support, coach and guide project managers while nurturing a small team.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting tools such as Asana and promote continuous learning.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and accountability skills.
• Experience with Asana or similar project tracking and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role across the listed UK locations and travel between sites when required.
• Successful employment is subject to a basic DBS check.

Nice to have

• Experience line managing or mentoring others in a change or project environment.
• Experience with strategic planning, change impact assessments and business analysis.
• Knowledge of process mapping and agile ways of working.
• A curious, growth-minded approach to leading change.
