Senior Product Adoption Manager (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain. On-site role.

What you will do

• Define activation events, tracking plans, and readiness criteria for Tier 1 product launches.
• Analyze adoption funnels in Amplitude or SQL, identify drop-offs, and remove product or workflow friction.
• Own activation, feature adoption, time-to-value, and customer-impact targets for Tier 1 launches.
• Prototype onboarding flows, in-app guides, automated nudges, and internal tools to improve adoption.
• Build automated release communication pipelines using n8n, Claude, and scheduled agent workflows.
• Create Launch Briefs for Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product roles focused on adoption and activation in B2B SaaS.
• Experience diagnosing low adoption with data and improving it through product or workflow changes.
• Hands-on experience defining analytics events and analyzing product data with SQL and tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
• Experience owning metrics such as activation, feature adoption, or retention.
• Practical experience with automation and AI tools such as n8n, Zapier, Claude, or similar.
• Fluent English required. Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a strong plus.

• Experience in hospitality technology or vertical SaaS.
