Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid

What you will do

• Own product strategy with a focus on subscription models, monetization, and diversification.
• Turn product analytics and data into actionable insights and shipped decisions.
• Analyze competitors from unconventional angles and introduce new perspectives to market evaluation.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-impact initiatives end to end.
• Mentor junior product managers and help close knowledge gaps across the growing product team.
• Set a high standard for product craft and decision-making.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong data-related analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Experience in the app or gaming sector.
• Deep experience with subscription models and monetization.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and data functions.
