Product Builder - Ops Automation Squad

What you will do

• Work with Operations, Finance, Customer Care, IT, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify shared operational needs and product friction.
• Map workflows, edge cases, dependencies, and data flows to identify reusable global product capabilities.
• Build and validate prototypes with AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, scripts, data analysis, and lightweight interfaces.
• Partner with Engineering to build, test, release, and maintain reliable platform capabilities, including permissions, auditability, monitoring, and human oversight.
• Define success metrics such as adoption, time saved, fewer manual steps, lower error rates, and improved user experience.
• Document product behavior and investigate defects to improve reliability and usability over time.

Requirements

• Strong product judgment, a builder mindset, high ownership, and a bias for action.
• Experience improving operational, financial, administrative, or internal workflows.
• Ability to understand complex processes and simplify them while maintaining appropriate control.
• Comfort working with technical teams, APIs, data models, integrations, and internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, scripting, or workflow tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with good judgment around risk, compliance, privacy, data quality, and operational control.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, employee benefits, payroll, HR tech, insurance, SaaS, or regulated environments.
• Experience with invoicing, billing, reconciliation, settlements, accounting, HRIS, payroll providers, or employee data integrations.
• Experience building internal tools for Operations, Finance, Customer Care, or Partner teams.
• Experience using AI agents, copilots, or LLM-based workflows in business processes.
• Experience with Retool, Metabase, SQL, Zapier, Make, n8n, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitLab, PostHog, or similar tools. Spanish and English fluency are beneficial; Portuguese is a plus.
