System Analyst (Corporate Credit Workflow)

Location: Remote within Poland, with team meetings in Warsaw approximately once a month. The first working day takes place at the Warsaw office.

What you will do

• Gather and analyse business and user requirements and translate them into system requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and prepare technical documentation for the development team.
• Create and interpret BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Analyse integrations involving REST APIs, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and other message queue systems.
• Use SQL to analyse data and prepare test data.
• Apply acceptance testing techniques, use GenAI tools, and resolve analytical and technical issues with developers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in system analysis.
• Knowledge of system analysis methods, requirements gathering, modelling, and technical specification.
• Experience creating and reading BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Practical experience with REST APIs and message queue systems, including basic RabbitMQ knowledge.
• Basic SQL skills, including experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle SQL; familiarity with Enterprise Architect and Postman.
• Knowledge of acceptance testing, Agile experience, GenAI usage in system analysis, and a STEM or relevant quantitative degree.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ECM.
• Familiarity with IT product development methodologies.
