Business System Analyst

Location: Hybrid work from Warszawa or Wrocław, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 600–1,000 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and refine business needs and requirements with stakeholders.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for IT systems.
• Model business processes with BPMN and data structures with UML.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Define system integrations and data exchange interfaces between applications.
• Prepare project documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and user guides while coordinating changes and collaborating with architects, IT teams, business users, and vendors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Ability to analyze applications and IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
• Knowledge of business analysis and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Experience with CASE tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Draw.io, or Adonis.
• Practical experience with BPMN, UML, and system integration concepts.
• Knowledge of ETL, API, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects in sales, CRM, tendering, construction, procurement, logistics, HR, finance, legal, compliance, or fleet management.
• Experience with BPM/workflow, ERP, or HCM systems such as Webcon BPS, IFS, or eNova.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
