System Analyst (Banking and Credit Products)

Location: Warsaw, Poland — hybrid, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 800–1,000 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Design high-level and low-level system architecture documentation using HLD and LLD.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs, data models, ETL processes, and data integrations.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, data lineage, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Translate business processes into technical solutions using BPMN and UML and support Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps SDLC environments.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, participate in design and code reviews, and support GitHub-based collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or System Architect.
• Strong experience with REST API design and integration, data modeling, database design, ETL, and data integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, compliance requirements, enterprise architecture, BPMN, UML, and Gherkin.
• Practical Power BI experience and proficiency with GitHub or similar version control systems.
• Experience with banking data and credit products, strong analytical thinking, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Warsaw, Poland.
