TL;DR
IT Analyst (BPMN/UML, SQL): Gathering and analyzing business and system requirements, documenting processes, and defining REST API integrations with an accent on BPMN, UML, Agile collaboration, and data analysis. Focus on modeling complex business processes, managing requirements and backlogs, and supporting development and testing teams.
Location: Hybrid work from Poznań, Poland
Salary: 596–1,100 PLN/day on B2B. Senior: 800–1,100 PLN/day; Regular: 600–800 PLN/day.

What you will do
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Create and maintain functional documentation.
- Model business processes using BPMN and UML.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies and backlog management in Jira and Confluence.
- Define and document REST API integrations, perform data analysis, and write SQL queries.
Requirements
- Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- Experience with knowledge sharing.
Nice to have
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL.
