HR & Talent Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye

hirify.global operates an AI-powered precision medicine platform that connects cancer patients with clinical trials and supports pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and healthcare systems.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, job postings, candidate communication, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate interview debriefs and maintain accurate candidate data in Kula, the ATS.
• Support onboarding and offboarding through documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling.
• Handle employee and contractor HR inquiries, maintain records and time-off data in Rippling, and assist with payroll, contractor payments, benefits, and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to employee engagement, internal communications, HR policies, workforce analytics, and ad-hoc people projects.
• Use AI tools and improve AI-assisted workflows across Rippling, Kula, and Jira.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, people operations, or a generalist role.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, recruitment operations, and ATS management.
• Familiarity with onboarding, payroll fundamentals, and benefits administration.
• Experience working in distributed or remote companies across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English is required; the organization is fully English-speaking.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in current work is required.

Nice to have

• Ability to create prompts, templates, or automations for everyday HR work.
• Experience with Rippling, Kula, Deel, or similar HR platforms.
