Invoicing Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Produce accurate and timely customer invoices while maintaining billing schedules, data integrity, and service levels.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, analyse invoicing trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Resolve billing queries from internal and external stakeholders and support effective first-contact resolution.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams on complex issues and business objectives.
• Improve invoicing processes, systems, and data quality while supporting financial controls and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing, billing, invoicing, operations, or administrative work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyse and manage data.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
• Experience in the UK Gas & Power industry is advantageous but not essential.
• A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
