What you will do

• Create videos for social media, websites, campaigns, events, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.
• Own the full production process from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding through visual direction, animation, editing, sound, and final delivery.
• Develop motion graphics, animated explainers, product videos, graphical videos, event videos, and short-form content.
• Translate complex data, AI, Agentic AI, analytics, technology solutions, and business use cases into simple visual stories.
• Repurpose blogs, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, and campaign assets into video formats.
• Use AI video-generation and creative tools to produce visuals, scenes, characters, backgrounds, animations, and video sequences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in video creation, motion graphics, animation, multimedia design, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating animation, motion graphics, graphical videos, and creative storytelling.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and sound design.
• Ability to turn a brief independently into a finished video, simplify complex concepts visually, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, design, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong proficiency in several relevant video, motion, design, 3D, or AI creative tools.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for B2B, technology, SaaS, enterprise, or corporate brands.
• Experience with Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Firefly, ElevenLabs, or equivalent AI video, image, and audio tools.
