What you will do

• Create 2D motion graphics and animated assets for the app, YouTube, and Google Paid Ads.
• Develop storyboards and translate creative briefs into animated sequences.
• Edit short-form and mid-length video content, refining pacing, transitions, and audio.
• Draft and refine video scripts to align with brand tone and campaign goals.
• Prepare final exports optimized for different digital platforms.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design or animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools to enhance productivity.
• Strong written English for scripting and captioning.

Nice to have

• Basic sound design and audio cleanup skills (Audition, Adobe Podcast Enhance).
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack and Jira.
