Product Manager (Podcasting)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Copenhagen HQ, Berlin office, or Amsterdam office

What you will do

• Own a product area from problem discovery through solution delivery and measurable impact.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify listener needs and product opportunities.
• Set clear objectives, define priorities, and align stakeholders on what to build and why.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable product solutions.
• Validate ideas through experimentation and evaluate the impact of shipped work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on B2C products.
• Experience connecting product decisions to business results and explaining trade-offs.
• Strong data fluency and the ability to identify missing information in analysis.
• Systems thinking, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to make evidence-based decisions in uncertain situations.
• Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, design, and other teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology, subscription, media, or scale-up environment.
• Passion for or knowledge of podcasts, audio and video content, creators, entertainment, or the media industry.
