Junior Product Manager – MarTech

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Track weekly progress toward quarterly product goals and ensure priorities keep moving.
• Test releases hands-on, verify behaviour, track issues, and coordinate fixes.
• Monitor product metrics and system health, identifying problems early.
• Use internal automation tools to understand real user workflows and improve them.
• Coordinate rapid resolution when issues arise.
• Take ownership of smaller product areas as responsibilities grow.

Requirements

• Ability to create structure independently in unclear and incomplete problem spaces.
• Strong prioritisation, follow-up, unblocking, and delivery skills.
• Understanding of MarTech fundamentals, including campaign workflows, tracking, automation, and integrations.
• Data-oriented approach, including exploring datasets and using BI tools such as Lightdash.
• Comfort working with technical systems, reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation.
• Experience shipping a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or other project.
