Warehouse Associate

Location: Newbury Park, California, United States — 1180 Tourmaline Ave, Newbury Park, CA 91320

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance bonuses of up to $2,500.

What you will do

• Pull, fill, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Assist with loading delivery trucks and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
• Receive shipments, record inventory, and perform inventory audits.
• Operate forklifts safely, maintain required certification, complete vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and efficient while collaborating with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior forklift experience.
