Inventory Control Associate (Quality and Inventory Control)

What you will do

• Inspect and test products against distribution center quality standards.
• Research quality errors, identify root causes, and document findings in error reports.
• Develop corrective actions and quality reports using collected and statistically analyzed data.
• Perform stock checks and inventory audits, maintaining accurate records with an RF unit.
• Work with facility departments to resolve mislabeled or mixed products and identify quality trends.
• Produce scheduled reports and share them with relevant functional areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a distribution environment, preferably in continuous improvement, quality, or inventory control.
• Analytical and research skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of TOPS and MARC systems; BMH and KBM knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment, including order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
