Field Service Technician (Maintenance) (AI)

Location: Birmingham Region, United Kingdom; on the road and at customer sites

What you will do

• Diagnose, maintain, install, replace, and configure shelf-mounted camera hardware at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, respond to service calls, and meet customer SLAs.
• Install products on shelves, ceilings, and other equipment according to installation plans.
• Onboard and scan products, and maintain accurate records of work, parts, and time.
• Use power tools safely while meeting required quality and speed KPIs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and installation teams, including during occasional night or weekend work.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a field service technician, installer, construction worker, or in a related field.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and installation equipment.
• Physical stamina for demanding work on foot for periods of up to nine hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when required.
