Commercial Excellence Intern, Partner Excellence (Summer 2027) (AI)

What you will do

• Collect, organize, and review partner and sales opportunity data using Excel, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools.
• Create process maps, job aids, and workflow documentation by interviewing stakeholders and observing systems.
• Support partner web portal improvements by documenting requirements, testing updates, and tracking open items with Sales Operations and IT.
• Research potential partners and prepare insights, presentations, and summaries for sales funnel reviews, partner business reviews, and leadership updates.
• Create and maintain partner training and communication materials.
• Own one well-defined project from start to finish and present the results and recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• At least a sophomore standing at the time of application, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and good academic standing.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship in Austin, Texas.
• Strong communication, planning, organization, critical thinking, and detail-orientation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, navigate ambiguity, and raise priority conflicts early.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or co-op experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, or SQL.
• Interest in applying AI-assisted tools to data analysis, visualization, process improvement, automation, and business communication.
