Growth Analytics Manager (BigQuery/Tableau)

Location: Hybrid, hub-based in Bristol, Glasgow or London, with the flexibility to work from home. UK-based office attendance is required.

Salary: £46,800–£50,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of daily, weekly and monthly commercial trading and forecasting reports.
• Lead requirements gathering, technical design, coding, transformation, testing, implementation and operational support for analytics solutions.
• Design and deliver technical solutions with commercial stakeholders, IT experts and DevOps specialists.
• Lead Agile projects and manage planning, resources, risks and delivery across the analytics roadmap.
• Develop, maintain and automate reporting and analytics assets using BigQuery SQL, Google Data Studio and Tableau.
• Enable Marketing and Sales performance analysis across Energy, Zero Carbon Living, Home Services and Smart Metering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a data and analytics environment, ideally with large customer databases.
• Strong data analysis, programming and technical skills, including SQL and ideally BigQuery.
• Experience with stakeholder management, influencing, planning and organizing delivery.
• Experience with Agile, Kanban or similar project and business-as-usual delivery methodologies.
• Ability to combine data engineering, visualization, data science and insight to solve commercial problems.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio.
• Experience in sectors with large customer databases.
