Power Platform Developer (AI)

Location: Irvine, Austin, Dallas, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Diego, or San Jose, United States

Base salary: $110K–$130K annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and guide experiments with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
• Connect Microsoft platforms and business systems using Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and automation.
• Build integrations with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Work with business users to turn operational problems into practical solutions.
• Troubleshoot applications, workflows, and integrations; document solutions and educate users and team members.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience developing, supporting, or enhancing business applications, automation, or Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate, plus familiarity with Power BI and business data.
• Experience developing or experimenting with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, or similar AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, and application integration.
• Working knowledge of application lifecycle management, including development, UAT/testing, production, scaling, and sunsetting.
• Familiarity with Power Platform Solutions and managed solution deployment from Development through UAT and Production.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, or Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Power Platform or related Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services.
