Logistics Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; work in office and manufacturing/warehouse environments. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Salary: $22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to customers and distribution centers.
• Manage freight carriers, transportation providers, and third-party logistics partners.
• Monitor shipments, resolve transportation issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare shipping, export, customs, and transportation documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze logistics data and transportation trends to identify process and cost improvements.
• Partner with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to prioritize shipments, support ihirify.globalory accuracy, and improve delivery performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation, freight, and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility and occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 lbs.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
