Solution Architect (AI-Native)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery for AI-Native opportunities with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Shape proposals, run solution workshops, and present AI-Native solutions to prospective clients and executives.
• Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and internal innovation initiatives using AI-assisted and agentic techniques across the SDLC.
• Design end-to-end AI-Native solution architectures and select technologies, workflows, and delivery models.
• Set technical direction, engineering standards, and collaboration practices for the AI-Native Delivery Pod.
• Help introduce validated AI-Native approaches into hirify.global’s service offering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including technical leadership, solution architecture, or engineering ownership.
• Working knowledge of multiple technology stacks and readiness to switch between them.
• Practical experience with AI-Native engineering, AI-driven development workflows, agentic systems, and AI-assisted tooling.
• Experience designing and building AI-enabled proof-of-concepts, prototypes, or production systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including explaining technical solutions in terms of business value.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
