Lead, Scrum Master (Fintech)

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Improve backlog readiness, including scope definition, acceptance criteria, prioritization, sizing, and sprint-goal alignment.
• Help delivery teams strengthen planning discipline, ownership, and delivery focus.
• Track and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Use delivery metrics and reporting insights to support decision-making and improve predictability and flow.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, root cause analysis, and practical corrective actions.

Requirements

• Significant Scrum Master experience in complex Agile delivery environments, preferably in technology, transformation, or platform initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery practices, backlog refinement, sprint planning, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
• Experience working with Product Owners and delivery teams to improve backlog quality, sprint readiness, prioritization, and outcomes.
• Experience managing impediments, risks, and dependencies across teams or stakeholder groups.
• Experience with Agile metrics and reporting tools, including Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills; Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile training.
