Location: Based in the Soho office in London, United Kingdom; willingness to travel approximately 25% across Europe and the Middle East, with periodic co-location in Los Angeles. Right to work in the UK and eligibility for UK security clearance are required.

What you will do
- Own radar performance on deployed systems and diagnose RF, detection, tracking, and false-alarm issues.
- Calibrate, configure, and tune radar modes for operational environments.
- Analyze detection, tracking, and false-alarm performance against truth data.
- Plan and lead field tests and data-collection campaigns, turning findings into product improvements.
- Build diagnostics, tooling, and playbooks that help field engineers deploy, tune, and troubleshoot systems.
- Contribute to requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria across the systems-engineering V-model.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on radar systems experience and strong knowledge of radar principles and modes.
- Understanding of waveform design, matched filtering, Doppler processing, detection, and clutter rejection.
- Hands-on RF-system calibration and performance measurement experience.
- Fluency in Python and experience analyzing radar data.
- Systems-engineering experience with RF systems across both sides of the V-model.
- Comfort working at customer sites and under operational pressure; strong cross-disciplinary communication skills.

- Experience using coding agents and AI tools to accelerate development and deployment of engineering tooling.
