Order Desk Analyst

Location: Hybrid in BGC, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines; US business hours

What you will do

• Validate order requests against contractual agreements, purchase orders, required documents, and approvals.
• Ensure sales orders comply with commercial policies and sales matrices, coordinating revisions with sales, finance, partners, logistics, and manufacturers.
• Process and schedule orders within SLA while maintaining proactive communication about urgent orders and exceptions.
• Track operational metrics such as on-time delivery, shipping time, expedite rates, and rejection rates.
• Identify process gaps, document ordering procedures, and support improvements that prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain focus and professional composure during high-volume quarter-end and month-end periods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ordering, sales operations, inside sales, or an equivalent field.
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition.
• Ability to read agreements and other documents and extract relevant data.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, pricing calculation, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, Vlocity, another CPQ/QTC system, CRM tools, or Google Apps is preferred.
