What you will do
- Execute business process transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members to achieve performance and quality targets.
- Support process improvement projects and perform data analysis.
- Identify process bottlenecks and help maintain quality standards.
- Update and document process procedures while ensuring compliance with quality guidelines.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience executing business process transactions.
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
- Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Six Sigma or PMP certification, or significant relevant work experience.
