Account Manager (Hard Rock Underground Mining)

Location: Hybrid position in Lively, Ontario, Canada; up to 75% travel within Canada. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: CAD 104,000–130,000 per year base pay.

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts as the primary relationship contact.
• Prepare quotations for products, contracts, and parts supply.
• Resolve customer issues involving product availability, planning, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and support teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Identify growth opportunities and present market, product, and technical updates to customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or technical sales.
• Strong knowledge of underground hard rock mining equipment and basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, influencing, and strategic proposal-development skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Valid Class G driver’s licence, clean driving abstract, and ability to access any mine without restriction.
• RCMP criminal record check and a five-year provincial driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Degree or certification in business, marketing, or communications.
• Experience with underground mining applications.
• French and English bilingual proficiency.
