What you will do

• Manage daily accounting operations, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Lead the global controllership function and oversee compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Own the monthly financial close and deliver accurate consolidated reporting and financial statements.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures with consistent application across the organization.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, and relationships with insurance and audit partners.
• Partner with FP&A on metrics, forecasts, budgets, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 15+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• CPA certification and a BS or BA in Accounting or Finance; an MBA is preferred.
• Expertise in general ledger accounting, consolidations, and GAAP.
• Strong experience in software, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Experience deploying accounting systems and working with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical and project management abilities, and excellent written and spoken English.

• Big Four accounting or consulting firm experience.
• MBA qualification.
