Lead Forward Deployed AI Engineer (AI)

Location: South Korea; travel based on client and business needs.

What you will do

• Architect, build, deploy, and scale AI and GenAI solutions, including agentic AI systems, for enterprise clients.
• Apply software engineering practices to create robust, maintainable, and computationally efficient systems.
• Partner with clients, consultants, AI scientists, engineers, designers, and vendors across industries.
• Lead client engagements, project delivery, business development, and relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Guide non-technical teams on software development practices and act as the interface between business and technology.
• Develop thought leadership, contribute to scientific papers, lead conferences, and manage AI teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale AI or GenAI solutions, including agentic AI systems.
• Experience with large language models and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Proficiency in Python and full-stack development with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing relational, non-relational, and streaming data structures.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying production systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience across data engineering or modern full-stack development.
