Warehouse Team Lead (HDO)

Location: Kent, Washington, United States; onsite warehouse role. Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. The position requires standing and working on the warehouse floor for up to 10 hours per day.

Salary: $23.50–$25.00 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, bonuses, and a peak-season bonus of up to $1,200.

What you will do

• Assist the supervisor with daily operations across inbound receiving, deluxing, picking, staging, and outbound loading.
• Lead and support a team of approximately 6–15 associates, assign work, track KPIs, provide feedback, and resolve operational issues.
• Inspect, assemble, clean, repair, repackage, and blanket-wrap products for customer delivery.
• Manage inbound trailer processing, final-mile vehicle loading, driver returns, reattempt coordination, and staged-route accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits while identifying damage, missing items, and potential cube-outs.
• Lead pre-shift briefs, daily stretches, safety compliance, site cleanliness, and facility opening or closing when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience across more than one warehouse function, such as receiving, inventory control, picking, inspection, assembly, or returns.
• Strong leadership, motivational, decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing over 150 pounds unassisted or with a team lift.
• Experience composing and responding to emails and internal instant messages.
• Experience with warehouse management and exception ticket management systems.
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stretch, reach, and stand while performing active floor-based work.

Nice to have

• Previous warehouse experience and leadership experience.
• PIV certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
