IT Operations Analyst (Cloud and Automation)

What you will do

• Support daily IT operations across incident, request, problem, and change management activities using ITIL processes.
• Monitor infrastructure and platform environments and provide first-level support with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Participate in incident triage, escalation, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and service provider teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical procedures and knowledge base articles to improve first-level resolution and self-service.
• Contribute to monitoring, standardization, automation, scripting, reporting, testing, and proof-of-concept activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, software engineering, information systems, or a related IT discipline.
• No previous full-time experience is required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networking, databases, or software development.
• Basic understanding of ITIL or IT service management practices, plus familiarity with Windows or Linux administration, virtualization, monitoring, or provisioning.
• Basic programming or scripting skills and exposure to Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or another cloud platform.
• Proficient written and spoken English, with logical problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, academic, volunteer, personal project, or laboratory experience in IT support, infrastructure, cloud, networking, databases, or software development.
• Familiarity with Git, continuous integration and continuous delivery, infrastructure security, information security, or role-based access control.
• Exposure to enterprise applications, distribution center technology environments, or vendor and service provider collaboration.
