Quality & Compliance Specialist

Location: Memphis, TN, United States; hybrid position. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Pay: $21.14–$29.59 USD hourly

What you will do

• Review customs entries and shipment documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Verify tariff classifications and apply missing tariff codes using approved customs and government resources.
• Investigate ABI errors and Census warnings, correct discrepancies, and support acceptance by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
• Collect and maintain customs compliance documentation and contact customers about missing or incomplete information.
• Audit automated processing, identify opportunities for process improvements and AI enhancements, and update customer invoice information.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers, provide training, and give feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of business or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Memphis, Tennessee position.
