Compliance & Monitoring Analyst

Location: United States; ability to work remotely, in an office, or in hirify.global offices as required. Travel to client meetings may be required.

Salary: $62,000–$70,000 annually.

What you will do

• Review grant compliance documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Support internal compliance reviews and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and monitoring deliverables.
• Validate data integrity and maintain accurate, audit-ready program records.
• Collaborate with program teams, project staff, consultants, and subject matter experts to resolve compliance issues.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and support technical assistance, training, and capacity-building activities.
• Coordinate review activities and timelines while supporting onboarding and training for compliance staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
• At least three years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, and/or compliance.
• Knowledge of federally funded programs and 2 CFR § 200 is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds when required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with emergency management, disaster recovery, mitigation, community planning, housing, economic development, or infrastructure programs.
• Experience with data analysis tools and rural healthcare initiatives.
